What does Brain Training look like?

Our NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Brain Training sessions take place in a comfortable office setting. You can choose to relax in a cozy chair or a fluffy bean bag. During the session, electrodes will be placed on your head to measure brain activity, with baseline sensors and a grounding sensor on your ears. You'll wear headphones or earphones while you unwind for 33 minutes, listening to soothing music as the NeurOptimal system works its magic.

How does training my brain help me?

Brain training with NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® helps you by promoting improved brain function and self-regulation. This non-invasive, drug-free system works with your brain’s natural ability to optimize itself.

Here's how it can benefit you:

1. Enhanced Self-Regulation: NeurOptimal® provides real-time feedback about your brain's electrical activity, encouraging it to recognize and correct inefficient patterns. This helps improve emotional balance, mental clarity, and focus.

2. Improved Cognitive Function: For challenges like ADHD, anxiety, or depression, NeurOptimal® helps reduce the intensity of symptoms, leading to better attention, reduced impulsivity, and improved decision-making skills.

3. Stress and Anxiety Reduction: By teaching your brain to let go of overactive patterns, brain training helps you feel calmer and more in control, reducing stress and anxiety naturally.

4. Enhanced Emotional Resilience: Training supports your brain in adapting to challenges, making it easier to handle emotions, manage anger, and reduce emotional outbursts.

5. Improved Sleep and Relaxation: Many users report better sleep quality and reduced insomnia as their brain learns to relax more effectively.

6. Personalized and Holistic: Since NeurOptimal® works with your unique brain activity, it adapts to your specific needs, whether you're struggling with focus, emotional regulation, or overall well-being.

My Personal Experience:

For me, training with NeurOptimal® for nine months significantly reduced my ADHD symptoms. After 30 sessions, I no longer needed medications like Adderall and antidepressants. My relationships improved, I managed my anger better, and I found new emotional balance.Would you like to explore how it could address specific challenges you're facing?

What is NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback

brain training
brain training

Neurofeedback is biofeedback of the brain. It is the process of training the Brain/Central Nervous System to learn to respond to changes in electrical activity in the brain.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is the second generation of Neurofeedback and is the only system that uses Dynamical Neurofeedback®.

  • There is no "pushing" the brain into different states like traditional Neurofeedback.

  • Instead, it is tracking electrical activity in real time (256x/sec) and giving feedback to the brain so it can self-correct.

  • This allows the brain to see what it is doing habitually, that these responses are not in alignment with the here and now, and that these maladaptive response patterns are no longer needed.

  • This helps restore resilience and flexibility to the Central Nervous System.

  • We are training the brain to notice change and move away from discomfort.
