Service Description

Clients are seated in a comfortable recliner or rest quietly on a big fluffy bean bag chair. The measuring electrodes are put on the head, baseline sensors and a grounding sensor are put on the ears, and headphones or earphones are put on. The client then relaxes for 33 minutes during the session while the music plays and the computer does its thing. See the Neurofeedback tab and the video on the home page for a description of what is happening. It has been demonstrated that the most effective approach for NeurOptimal® brain training involves multiple sessions. To that end, we provide options for 3, 6 or 9 packs. All payments are online.

Cancellation Policy

Brain Train Durango NeurOptimalⓇ Brain Training Sessions Cancellation Policy At Brain Train Durango, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and commitment to our clients. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our business operations. Below is our detailed cancellation policy for NeurOptimal Brain Training Sessions: Non-Refundable Policy Payment and Booking Confirmation All payments for NeurOptimal Brain Training Sessions are required to be made in full at the time of booking. Once the payment is processed, the booking is confirmed, and a confirmation email will be sent to the client. Non-Refundable Clause Please note that all payments for NeurOptimal Brain Training Sessions are non-refundable. This includes cancellations made by the client for any reason. Rescheduling Policy Clients are allowed to reschedule their session without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of $50. To reschedule a session, please contact our office directly via phone or email. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the session and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late Arrivals Clients arriving no more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled session, will have their session time reduced accordingly to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full session fee will still apply. Emergency Cancellations In the case of a verifiable medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. Provider Cancellations If Brain Train Durango needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
